HellonNext, I will present my apartment to you, my great goal achieved since it was the first apartment that I bought, renovated and enjoyed. I would like to start by telling you that most likely this apartment will not cover 100 all your expectations or requests, since from my point of view I consider that no apartment usually does. You will always find a, but … anyway. I will try to make the description as objective as possible, since I really would like to find a good owner for my beloved apartment.nnThis apartment even though it only has 60m2, the sensations that it causes you once you are inside is totally different, and this is due to the more than 4 meters high that the ceiling has, so you would buy that apartment with the footage that you were looking for, but with a feeling of a bigger flat. The distribution is perfect and I´ll explain why. This entrance floor has 3 bedrooms I attach the plan in the images, but you have the option of moving or removing the wall of the small room, this creating a very large living room and in turn gaining a good size storage room. Another option would be to join the 2 large rooms with the intention of having a large room with a room including a suit type. The finishes are of very good quality and the style is very Barcelona. The materials used the most in the reform were wood, metal and brick. If you look closely at the photos, you can see that even the doors have rectangles to go in symmetry with the bricks on the exposed wall of the living room. The kitchen and bathroom countertops are wood to match all the natural wood beams. All the windows are made of aluminum with double glazing, the fridge, which is metallic, matches all the lamps that are also made of metal, and the floor I chose appears to be parquet but it is not.
